2025 was a hot year for updates on Showami. Thanks to valuable feedback from our users, we’ve been able to release products and services they want to see. From a more diversified offering to smoother processing, here’s a look at the updates we released throughout 2025.
Agent Account Updates
Showing Agent Account Updates
New Profile Score
We released an update displaying your agent score as a Showing agent on Showami. Our scores are generated through a number of factors. If you’d like to learn more about what makes our agent scores, visit our score breakdown page.
Check-ins
We’re now asking our showings agents to check in at every showing. Agents can simply click the link within .5 miles of the property or “allow location share,” and we’ll create a time stamp of your location when you’re near the property. We also understand that signals can be spotty at times, which is why we have a backup where agents can take photos of the home (with the home number present) as proof they were at the property.
This update helps our Showami team resolve disputes about whether and when an agent arrived at the property. As a showing agent, this feature helps ensure you’re not mistakenly marked as a no-show if you did visit the property. Learn more
Request Type Filter
You now have the option to opt out of specific request types in Showami. We understand that you may only want to take on certain request types, which is why this feature is available. However, we encourage you to use this option with caution. Many showing agents on Showami use alternative request types as a way to boost their profile on Showami. Additionally, limiting yourself to certain request types will also limit the number of requests you receive.
Initiating Agent Account Updates
Updates To Tasks
Our latest task update includes a “Start” and “Completed By” time frame. This feature allows the requester to set a time frame for when the task should be completed. On the showing agent side, the task can be completed at anytime within that time frame.
Prior to this change, a request would be tied to a particular date and time. Which wasn’t necessary for these request types.
Suggested Pricing Update
We’ve received a lot of requests from users asking, “How much is a showing request in my area?” In response, we’ve introduced a new “Suggested” showing price feature. This suggested price appears when you enter an amount lower than the average for your market, based on the day of the week and time of day. These numbers are based on our request data and represent a recommended price to help ensure your showing gets picked up.
Additional Recipients
Showami now allows showing updates to be sent to multiple email and SMS addresses. This feature is available to all Platinum users. If you’re not a Platinum user, sign up here to gain access.
This feature can be helpful if you have a colleague or admin who needs to know about your showing updates.
You can add a notification email or SMS number from your settings page under the section “Additional Notification Recipients”. Simply click on “Edit Notification Recipients” and add as many email addresses or SMS phone numbers as you need.

Updates for All Agents
Messaging Center Update
To improve communication and organization, the Messaging Center has been moved out of individual showing details and into its own dedicated section on desktop. This update makes it easier for agents to keep up with conversations across multiple requests.
Photo-Enabled Showings Improvements
We’ve increased image capacity on Photo-Enabled Showings and optimized the photo upload process to speed up property image uploads. Agents can also now upload and share PDF files directly within Showami, making it easier to share documents within the platform.
Property Management
Property Management Pro
Showami released a paid version of our Property Management Solution. For our clients managing a large number of properties, this version includes automation features and exclusive request types available only to Property Management Pro accounts.
Custom Reporting & Feedback Update
Property Management Pro accounts can request custom-built reports based on Showami data, tailored to the specific reporting needs of their team. These reports help simplify internal tracking and provide clearer visibility into account activity.
In addition, Property Management Pro accounts have access to custom feedback reports, allowing teams to control which questions are asked on post-showing feedback forms. This flexibility makes it easier to collect the insights that matter most to your team after each completed showing.
Landlord Account Updates
Landlord
Earlier this year, we released our free Landlord account. This account is designed for landlords who need a simple, on-demand solution for rental showings.
With our free Landlord account, landlords can request rental showings and open house coverage from local, licensed agents on a pay-per-request basis, with no subscription required.
This allows landlords to request flexible showings, reduce vacancy time, and create a more professional experience for prospective tenants without needing to be on-site.
Landlord+
Later this year, we released a paid version of our Landlord account, Landlord+, for landlords who want to take rental property management to the next level.
The Landlord+ solution includes everything in the free Landlord account, plus exclusive features designed to help landlords save time and manage properties more efficiently:
- $1 off every request: Save on every completed showing or task.
- Request property tasks: Request local agents to handle lockbox runs, property checks, move-in and move-out photos, and other property-related tasks.
- Downloadable request reports: Track your showing and task history to stay organized and simplify tax filing.
- Top-tier agent program: Get priority access to Showami’s top-rated showing agents for a smoother showing experience.
Brokerage Account Updates
Groups Feature Release
The Showami Groups feature empowers you to take full control of your agent community, ensuring every showing request is managed seamlessly. With the ability to create preferred agent groups, you decide who handles your requests. Key benefits include:
- Customized Training: Require agents to complete tailored training so they’re well-prepared to represent your standards.
- Top-Agent Recruitment: Build a group of highly-rated agents with proven success, ensuring only the best handle your needs.
- Open/Closed Group Configurations: Keep groups exclusive to your selected agents or expand reach if needed.
This feature delivers unmatched convenience, guarantees quality service, and gives you the reliability you deserve.
API Updates
This year, we took our API feature out of Beta and now have it used by numerous accounts. Post-beta, we have released APIs for agent rosters (adding and removing users), feedback requests and rental requests.
ACH Payment System (Prepay Showings)
Brokerage accounts can now prepay for showings using our ACH payment system. This update allows brokerages to fund their account in advance, simplifying billing and making it easier to manage showing expenses across multiple agents.
Brokerage Platinum Upgrade
Elite Brokerages now have the option to upgrade all agents in their brokerage to Showami Platinum for $15 per agent. This upgrade provides all agents within the brokerage with access to Showami Platinum benefits.
With Showami Platinum, agents gain access to requesting open house coverage, assistance with property-related tasks, and more.
Partnership Announcements
Associations
This year, we joined Suncoast Tampa Association of Realtors, Atlanta Association of Realtors, and Miami Association of Realtors as an affiliate. We believe in collaborating and supporting our local agents and their associations.
Tether RE
Starting this July, Showami users enjoy free access to Tether RE’s innovative safety toolkit as part of their membership. This partnership prioritizes agent safety with features like real-time safety monitoring, client verification, SOS alerts, and proximity-based safety timers.
